Since 1973, Neptune Society has assisted families, their loved ones, and caregivers in planning for and carrying out final wishes through cremation. For a brand that lifts and inspire, they needed a new website to reflect just that. As part of SCI's umbrella of brands, I was tasked in the visual design of the entire site as we migrated not only from Wordpress to Sitecore, but to a modern look. Since its launch, the redesign has generated 128% increase in YoY organic leads and a 36% increase in YoY organic traffic.
Neptune has had success with their three-button CTAs and it was crucial to not make any changes that would impact leads. I focused on optimizing their content (above the fold) and throughout.
A big shift included reorganizing Neptune's resource articles. They were bucketed into five categories using assigned hero images to visually distinguish them. My goal when organizing a library of content is to marry componentization and personalization.
The DNA of Neptune is that of Dignity Memorial and the SCI corporate site yet with unique elements, caters to the uplifting Neptune Society brand we know.
