As Senior UI/UX Designer, I drove their online experience from finding a location and scheduling an appointment to memorializing their loved ones and preserving their story. I approached every project, enhancement, and feature with a goal to address their customers' needs in a simple, delightful way that was scalable across their many brands and locations.
